Cedar Communications, Junior Content Manager

We are looking for a new Junior Content Manager who will be responsible for uploading magazine and digital content to one of the biggest food websites in the UK. The JCM also uses client platforms to share content with stakeholders including partner agencies.

The JCM does minor copywriting for major landing pages, and works to optimise and audit existing content on an ongoing basis.

The JCM is required to complete basic analysis of content and data to help inform content plans.

The JCM reports into the Senior Content Manager and works closely with the Junior Digital Editor, Digital Editor and Senior Digital Editor.

Desired experience:

• Interest in food/lifestyle content
• Interest in digital platforms: websites, email, social media, apps
• Strong organisation and time management skills

Preferred but not essential:

• Copywriting for digital platforms
• Previous experience of working on a CMS
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Desire to learn analytics tools 
• Keen to work with development teams (BED/FED/UX/UI) on digital projects
